Card Craziness
Each Round 7 minutes
2 teams, Team with the least amount of cards pulled does 15 burpees
Round 1, 2, 3, 4
Spades- Pop squats, Lunges, Wall Ball, Jump Lunge
Clubs- Clap Pushups, Jumping Pullups, Inverted Rows, Front & side raises
Hearts- 100 meter Row, 100 Jumprope, .10 TM sprint, your choice of the 3
Diamonds- Squat- High Pull, Thruster, Band Press, Med Ball Slams
