3min Barbell Complex
Each round is 3min/Add on one exercise with each round until you reach 8
- Rest the remainder of the 3:00 when all exercises in that round are complete.
1. PUSH-UP X8
2. DEADLIFT X8
3. BENT OVER ROW X8
4. UPRIGHT ROW X8
5. FRONT SQUATS X8
6. SHOULDER PRESS X8
7. LUNGE X8
8. BACK SQUAT X8
