For 11 min. @ the top of every min. do:

1.
- Dumbell Thruster x 5
- Renegade Row x 3 each

2.
- Split Squat Jumps x 5 each
- Weighted Jacknife x 5

3.
- Tricep Dips x 8
- KB Box Squat x 6 (heavy)
