Dumbell Thruster x 7
Renegade Row x 3 each

2.
Split Squat Jump x 5 each
Weighted Jacknife x 6

3.
Tricep Dips x 8
KB Box Squat x 7

4.
Dumbell Clean + Lunge/Lunge x 4
Ball Slam x 4

5.
KB Swing x 7
Box Jump x 7
