7 card draw

1,3,5,7 card
Red - Lateral push-off x10
Black - Jump rope x10

2,4,6 card
Spade - Med ball slam
Heart - Renegade row w/ push-up
Club - Lunges w/ dumbbells
Diamond - Burpee

After everyone has drawn 7 cards, player with the best hand can choose to rest or any exercise.
Losers do the number of reps of the card drawn : Bear crawl, Frog leap, Indian run.
