At the top of every minute for 7 minutes do:

Wall Ball x 8
Burpee x 3

Hanging Knee Raise x 6
Ball Slam x 6

KB Deadlift x 8
Ring Row x 4

Dips x 10
Jump Squats x 8

Bulgarian Split Squat x 4 ea.
OH DB Press x 10
