12 Days of Christmas

Day 1- 10kcal cardo
Day 2- 2 pull ups
Day 3- 3 DB step ups/leg
Day 4- 4 S.B. dips
Day 5- 5 squat jumps
Day 6- 6 mountain climbers/leg
Day 7- 7 Thrusters
Day 8- 8 push ups
Day 9- KB swings
Day 10- 10 DB lunges/leg
Day 11- 11 Sprinter Abs/side (22 total)
Day 12- 12 Burpees

Complete just like the chorus of the song. Complete the exercise for Day 1, then complete exercises for Days 2 and 1, then days 3,2,1. So on until you reach day 12!
