Warm Up: 5 min cardio of choice

4 sets:
Floor Bench Press x 10
Push Ups x5

Thruster Fun!
With a running clock, do 1 thruster in the 1st minute, 2 in the 2nd minute, so on and so forth until you cannot complete all thrusters in one minute.

3 rounds:
SB ham curl x 15
Jump Rope x 1 min
SB crunches with DB x 20
