On the top of every minute do: 4 pushups
then do: as many pullups as possible
until you reach: 50 pullups
On the top of every minute do: 3 burpees
then do: ball slams
until you reach: 60 ball slams
On the top of every minute do: 4 split squats
then do: goblet squats
until you reach: 70 goblet squats
On the top of every minute do: 4 DB bench
then do: Dips
until you reach: 80 Dips
On the top of every minute do: down and back sprint
then do: sit ups
until you reach: 90 sit ups
On the top of every minute do: 4 lateral deadlifts/side
then do: Sprinter abs
until you reach: 100 Sprinters
