Row 200 Meter, while partner does:
*Push up, then switch
*KB figure 8's, then switch
*Band back row on single leg
*Inch-worm to db renegade row
"Tyler" (50 rep, no partition)
Box jump
Single navy seal push-up
Split squat jump w/ MB chest pass against wall
Burpee
Front rocky squat jump w/ bar
Pull-up
Back ext in GHD
Knees to chest ab sling
High knee resistance run to cone tap
Side step jump over w/ MB chest pass against wall

My killer Friday group gave tremendous effort today. My very soon to be married couple are going to look great in their wedding duds and on their honeymoon. This workout focused on metabolic, but also had a couple people work on some weak areas, which they weren't accustomed to targeting.
