*Start with 7 Reps
*Add 1 rep at the top of each round
*See how many reps you can get to in 45 min. :)
1.Tire Flip
2.Ab Rollouts
3.Wall Ball
4.KB Swing
5.Restisted Band (Hit the Dummy)
6.Box Thruster
7.Row (Start w/200m. add 100m. each round)
