I’ll take this point by point.

-          Supplements: I believe that some supplements can help some people with specific health issues. I have devoted my life to helping people with health and gut issues improve their quality of life. I have recommended supplements that have helped my clients improve physically and emotionally. However, I have worked with a number of clients and have saved them tremendous amounts of money by cutting out a variety of supplements they did not need and replaced them with one supplement: Protandim. For the vast majority of people, I truly believe that Protandim is the ONLY supplement you need. It is the ONLY supplement I take.

-          Multivitamins: If you eat a healthy diet – meat, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, no sugar – then most likely you do not need to be taking a multivitamin. I know this is probably contrary to everything you’ve ever been told, but the fact is that your body absorbs nutrients, vitamins and minerals best from natural, whole foods.
