The Nifty 150 Workout!
This group is done in groups of 3, so each person on the 'team' is doing 50 reps, giving you a team total of 150 reps per exercise! Complete all of your team's reps before moving onto the next exercise.
15 Cone Runs (Down & Back)
150 Burpees
150 Kettlebell Swings
150 Sit-Ups
150 Push-Ups
150 Bodyweight Squats
150 Medicine Ball Slams
150 Sledge Hammer Swings
Core work today was nicknamed Plank City:
4x Front Plank (30 seconds)
10x Front Plank to T (Each side; 3 rounds)
3x Side Planks (Each side; 30 seconds)
3 x Front Plank (30 Seconds)
