Add On: Add the following exercise after completion of the previous. Do exercise 1, repeat exercise 1 and adding exercise 2. Repeat exercises 1 and 2 then add exercise 3. Continue until all exercises are performed one time through.

Front Raises x 10
Spidermans x 40
Walking Lunges x 20 steps
Hammer Curls x 12/12
Military Press x 8
Bent Over Rows x 12
Incline Chest Flys x 10
Burpees x 12
