Sally Push-ups
       - Song 'Flower' by Moby, every time she says "bring Sally up" you are in the top push-up position. Every time she says "bring Sally down" you hold the down push-up position until the "bring Sally up" que is made.

Newbies-

3 rounds per exercise
3 Rounds:

R1 - 40:20             R2 - 30:15            R3 - 20:10
