       25 Mountain Climbers (each)
   2. 12-10-8-6-4
       Burpee Snatch
       SL Hip Bridge
   3. Abs 50-5 (decrease by 5)
       Horizontal Press 10-1

Newbies -

Rounds 1 and 5: exercise for 30 seconds with a 10 seconds rest between exercies
Rounds 2 and 4: exercise for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest betweeen exercies
Round 3: exercise for 60 seconds with a 15 second rest between exercises
